Community Shabbat - Sanborn Park

On Saturday June 26 join Rabbi Fleekop and other members of Congregation Shir Hadash to celebrate Shabbat in the beauty of nature.

For those early risers, we will begin with a short hike through Sanborn Park, departing from the Ohlone picnic area at 9:30 am. Family friendly Shabbat worship, including Torah reading and interactive “d’var Torah” begins at 10:30 and will be followed by a dairy potluck lunch.

Please bring enough for 10 people, according to the letter of your last name:

• A-D - desserts,
• E-K – drinks or fruit,
• L-R – salads or side dishes
• S-Z - breads

The Ohlone picnic area is well shaded and easily accessible from the nearby parking lot.
