It may surprise you to learn that in many ways Judaism and Islam share more in common than Judaism and Christianity. This course will explore some of the commonalities and differences between these two major religious systems, focusing both on classical Islam and on the changes going on within Islam today.
Class members are encouraged to combine this study with a dialogue experience with the local Muslim community as part of a 2nd Annual Weekend of Twinning, sponsored by the Foundation for Ethnic Understanding (FFEU) in mid-November.
