Specific topics will include:

  • What are our obligations and rights to our own bodies?

  • Are we obligated by Jewish law to exercise and eat properly?

  • Why do so many young Jews suffer from eating disorders?

  • How do our attitudes toward Judaism influence our feelings about our own bodies?
