Caring Committee Program

Many of us engage in "acts of loving-kindness" every day in our roles as family members, friends, fellow congregants, and providers of care for others. Much of the time the help we give is rewarding, but at other times it becomes challenging and difficult. How do we get the support and resources we need to help us care for ourselves in order to do the sacred work of caring for others?
