Speaker: Martin Fenstersheib, MD, MPH

Every day, we make decisions about our health. The attention we pay to our mental, physical and emotional conditions will impact our lives now and in the future. Not only do our choices affect the people closest to us, but they also affect others in our community. How can we make good decisions about health for ourselves that will improve our lives and do the greatest good for the people around us?
