Ruth was an amazing person who lived by the highest ethical standards. Her book really touches the heart. It is traditional to read from the Book of Ruth at Shavout.

In this 3-session class, we will read and discuss Ruth's story and learn why we read it on Shavuot. Reading carefully we may find we have some questions. Did Ruth do the right thing following her mother-in-law Naomi's faith? What exactly was the relationship between Ruth and Boaz?

No Hebrew is required.

Free and open to all interested.
