RITA GLASSMAN - The Music of Peace

RITA GLASSMAN is a professional singer/songwriter, Cantor, Chaplain, and "Music for Peace" Artist. She has recorded six cds with original music and her newest cd includes her own piano accompaniment. Her original "Song For Peace" was performed at the White House for President and Michelle Obama at an interfaith holiday gathering in 2015. 

Rita has sung the National Anthem at Golden State Warriors' games and for the San Francisco Giants. Her mesmerizingly beautiful, soulful voice and music reach deep into the heart, taking the listener on an inspirational journey towards love, hope, healing, renewal and peace. 

Join our retirees group for a monthly (second Tuesday) lecture, discussion, performance, or film. 

For the program and a light lunch a nominal donation of $5 per person is requested.
