The new Shir Hadash app for iPhones and iPads is here!

We are excited to announce the availability of the FREE “myShirHadash” app in the Apple iTunes app store. Now you can get key information about Congregation Shir Hadash wherever you are. The app provides the following features:

• Inform the clergy about a member’s hospitalization
• Query the staff of the religious or preschool or Temple office
• Access the temple website
• Listen to the weekly Torah portion
• Learn some common prayers
• Add events to your iPhone calendar
• Get directions to Shir Hadash

The app was developed by fellow Congregant Larry Krasno. We’d like to develop a version of the app for Android devices as well. If you have Android app development knowledge or experience, please contact Naomi Kalmus at board-communications@shirhadash.org.
