Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga where all the exercises are done while either sitting on a chair or standing and using the chair for support. Its purpose is to stretch muscles and joints. As we age, we reduce the amount of exercise of these muscles and joints. Chair Yoga provides additional exercise.

Instructor – Sudha Parmar

These weekly sessions are offered on a drop-in basis with each participant asked to pay a $5 per session fee to the instructor.

Held in the Chapel at Shir Hadash.

All Shir Hadash Members and Friends Are Welcome
