Join us! All Shir Hadash members and friends in the community are welcome at chair yoga - no need to sign up in advance, simply drop in and attend on a day that works for your schedule.

About: Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga where all exercises are done while either sitting on a chair or standing and using the chair for support. Its purpose is to stretch muscles and joints. As we age, we reduce the amount of exercise of these muscles and joints - chair yoga helps to provide additional exercise.

Cost: Participants are asked to pay a $5 per session fee to the instructor.
