Josephus on Trial

Josephus, the premier historian of the period of the destruction of the Temple, had originally been a general in the Jewish rebellion. Did he betray his people?

You are invited to serve on the jury to decide his guilt. Attorneys and Judges from our congregation and the community will put Josephus on trial.

Join our guests Santa Clara County District Attorney Jeff Rosen, and criminal justice attorney Albie B. Jachimowicz, as well as our members: Judges Jamie Jacobs-May and Jerry Nadler, attorneys Larry Dietz, Carol Gutstein and Virginia Hess, bailiff Bill Wolfe, and witnesses  Tod Browndorf, Rosalie and John Price for an evening of fun, excitement and reflection on the limits of loyalty to one’s people. Following the presentation you will be invited to join a jury in its deliberations lead by an attorney serving as jury warden.
