Unplugging Retreat with America Offline

We are pleased to have digital wellness experts David Klein and Nina Hersher facilitate a retreat from 10:00am-3:00pm covering a number of interesting technology and mindfulness related topics through a Jewish lens including:

Video games & internet overuse

Social-media, privacy and the attention economy 

Family tech usage habits

Focus and time management strategies 

Sleep and self-care habits 

A follow up session for parents and students will take place from 6:30PM-8:30PM on Tuesday, February 25.  Because we want everyone to attend this retreat, we will NOT be having class on Tuesday, February 11.

The retreat on February 8 will take place at Ed Levin Park in Milpitas. A $50 registration fee covers the cost of materials and lunch. If you are in need of financial assistance, please reach out to Rabbi Schwartz!
