About Us

Congregation Shir Hadash is an evolving, vibrant, growing Reform Jewish congregation dedicated to providing a sense of community for its members as well as opportunities for spiritual growth and developing a strong Jewish identity.

Passionate individuals founded Shir Hadash in 1980 to be a safe haven for our diverse community where we celebrate each person’s individualism. Today our congregation numbers almost 600 member families, and our inclusive tradition is kept alive through an actively involved community that promotes connectedness, exploration, social justice, individualism, and lifelong learning.
