Our spring fundraising gala, which is virtual, features a variety of engaging activities across April through May 1 for the entire family. So pack your bags and join us for Side Trip Mini Gala Events starting Saturday, April 3, our Online Auction kicking off April 23, and our not-to-be missed Main Event. Registering for one of these ticket packages registers your household for the included events.
The gala Main Event on May 1 is a live webcast and will feature ComedySportz players and a ref interacting from their remote locations in this improvised comedy competition. Two teams of improvisers compete for laughs and points based on your suggestions. This is not a comedy about sports, it's comedy AS a sport! You'll attend the match via Zoom and will be able to give suggestions and even vote for the winning team.
- May 1st at 6:00 pm, Zoom Happy Hour. Hang out in a Zoom room with your friends and schmooze before the main program starts.
- May 1st at 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm, Online Auction. Continue bidding on an amazing array of fabulous items throughout the evening before time runs out!
May 1st at 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm, Main Event Program. We’ll move into high gear with a virtual evening of ComedySportz, an improv comedy show for everyone in the family. Interactive, fun, and hilarious - this is something you won't want to miss!
How Gala Tickets Work
We have two wonderful "Chai-way Exits" for your gala travels, including a ticket package called Exit 54 (cost is $54 per household) and our even more-engaging ticket package called Exit 72 (cost is $72 per household) which includes ALL the fabulous events from Exit 54, PLUS several additional events and a Pit Stop Bag to enjoy during the Main Event.
Registering for one of these ticket packages registers your entire household for the included events. Both ticket packages include the Main Event on May 1. Read below for details on the side trip gala mini events starting on April 3 included with your purchase of either the Exit 54 or the Exit 72 ticket options:
