Jewbilee 2024 at the JCC: You’re invited!

Our Kulanu families, JET families, and everyone from Shir Hadash is encouraged to participate in this year’s Jewbilee on Sunday, January 28. Jewbilee is a day of Jewish learning and community, with Jewish organizations all across the South Bay coming together at the Addison-Penzak JCC in Los Gatos. This year’s theme is “Longing for the Fruit of the Land: A Sensory Experience.”

For Families with Youth age Kindergarten to 7th Grade:

Schedule of the Day:

  • Family Morning Gathering: 9:30am: Morning gathering, parents and kids can socialize and enjoy coffee and snacks together to kick off the morning (parents stay with kids)
  • Kid Drop-Off Time (Kinder-7th grades only) between 10am and 10:15am at JCC Gymnasium:
    • 10:15am: Kid Session 1
    • 11:05am: Kid Break (snack time)
    • 11:20am: Kid Session 2
  • Kid Pick-Up Time at 12:15pm at JCC Gymnasium
  • Afternoon: Families* can optionally attend a 12:30pm Session together if registered. *Registered Attendees Only can attend past 12:15pm, so Registered Kids and Registered Adults can join the 12:30pm Session. Lunch Time at 1:15pm (food is provided for Registered Attendees Only)

Next Steps

  • Register Kids - FREE for youth enrolled in Kulanu/JET, use the ticket type “Kids (Yavneh & Sunday School Participants)” to register for FREE! Youth not enrolled in Kulanu/JET should select the $18 Kid Ticket option.
  • Register Adults - if you are an adult wanting to attend the morning Keynote, attend any sessions, or attend the lunch, you must purchase a $30 ticket for yourself.

For example: a Kulanu/JET enrolled family of four registering and wanting to attend everything would register for 2 Adult Tickets at $30 each, and 2 “Kids (Yavneh & Sunday School Participants) Tickets at $0, for a total cost of $60 for the Kulanu/JET family to attend the entire Jewbilee day of events.

For example: a Kulanu/JET enrolled family of four wanting to only register the kids in the family would register the two kids for their free tickets, and stay during the 9:30am to 10am coffee, drop off the kids, hang around relaxing on the JCC campus (but not attend the sessions or keynote), pick up the kids at 12:15pm, and then NOT join the afternoon session nor join the lunch.
