11:30 AM - 1:00 PMOneg RoomYou're invited to a wonderful bring-your-own-vegetarian-brown-bag-lunch gathering as we hear from the JCRC on an important and timely topic: "Here I Am: Understanding Jewish Identity and Antisemitism" - this program will provide a thoughtful and interactive overview of the current landscape and understanding the history and current events and the impact of antisemitism on Jewish Identity today.
The Adult Ed Committee is pleased to announce the introduction of “Nosh and Knowledge,” a program formally known as Freilache Menschen. This guest speaker series will be held once a month in the Oneg Room with a variety of topics discussed ranging from current events, politics, music, book reviews and authors, politics and much much more.
Our first program will be held on Thursday, September 11th, from 11:30-1:00pm. Registration is required - register below! We’ll welcome JCRC to present “Here I Am: Understanding Jewish Identity and Antisemitism.”
Please plan on bringing a vegetarian (fish okay) brown bag lunch. Drinks and cookies will be provided. We can determine if a light lunch will be provided in the future for a fee at the first meeting on September 11th.
