Beth Lee, a Shir Hadash member, will be baking and sharing step-by-step recipes of her own with us.  Beth is a prolific influencer with her blog titled “OMG! Yummy” (https://omgyummy.com), where she gives recipes for a wide variety of delicious food. Beth Lee's new book, The Essential Jewish Baking Cookbook: 50 Traditional Recipes for Every Occasion, was published in 2021. In her demonstration on May 1, she will bake recipes from her book including mini-cheesecakes – a favorite for Shavuot! Copies of her book will be available to purchase. Lee's book has been reviewed in the N.Y. Times, San Francisco Chronicle, and The Mercury News.
