let's go back in time! 

In honor of Shir Hadash's 40th Anniversary, we are returning to the 80's!!

Get ready to pull out your leg warmers, neon clothes, shoulder pads and big hair, as Shir Hadash goes Totally Rad 80's for Purim on Monday, March 9 at 7:00 pm for our Purim service and spiel. We will also have a Persian Dinner beginning at 6:00 pm. 

If you loved Madonna, Michael Jackson, Rick Springfield, Fame, Prince, Night Ranger, and those nice Jewish boys - the Beastie Boys - then this spiel is for you! Information meeting and "Auditions" will be held today at noon. We are looking for singers as well as actors (yes, there are non-singing roles). 

The tentative rehearsal schedule will be Sundays, January 26, February 9, February 16 (TBD), February 23, March 1 and March 8. Time to be determined by general consensus of the cast.
