Jewish Silicon Valley is holding this year's Yom Hazikaron & Yom Haatzmaut community gathering: Centering on the events of October 7th, we will join in remembering the women, men, children, elders and soldiers who were murdered that day in the worst massacre of Jews since the Holocaust.

We will then make Havdalah- a ritual of distinction marking the transition from mourning (Yom Hazikaron*) to celebration of Israel’s existence on the 76th anniversary of its founding (Yom Ha'atzmaut*).

• 4:30pm, Yom Hazikaron gathering (song, prayer, remembering) in the JCC Auditorium
• 5pm, Havdalah (ceremony marking the transition from mourning to celebration)
• 6pm, Yom Ha'Atzmaut celebration (fun, food, music, and more out on the APJCC field!) - enjoy different stations that focus on the KIBBUTZ on the JCC lawn, listen to music from The Bagels band (from Arizona!) on the stage, and enjoy a BBQ dinner (the dinner is included in the registration price), $18 per person, or $36 per family. Go register now!
