Morning Service and Tashlich

About this event 

On Saturday morning, services will be held at Vasona Lake County Park. Join us as we celebrate Shabbat in the beauty of nature. We will use a special liturgy, and the service will include story time for young children paralleling study and discussion for adults. Together we will walk to the water's edge to "cast our sins into the depths." Following the Tashlich (casting off) ceremony, join us for a potluck brunch in the shade. Bring beach chairs and blankets for more comfortable seating.

Daily Parking Fee: $6.00 per vehicle, no fee for vehicles with Disabled Placards*

* Vehicles entering a park must display either a DMV Permanently Disabled Placard, DMV Issued Disabled Person License Plate or a vehicle containing an organized group from a Veteran's Administration Hospital.
