Every year we perform the Mitzvah of assembling the Shir Hadash sukkah. Please come and be a member of the Shir Hadash sukkah build team!

We have a core team of seasoned veterans in need of help from willing and enthusiastic participants. If you are interested, watch a fun YouTube video of the setup in fast motion to give you an idea of what goes into constructing our sukkah. You can find the video on YouTube by searching for “Shir Hadash Sukkah Build Team”.

Our core crew will guide and supervise the effort so no real construction skills are required. Please bring garden or work gloves if you have them. We also could use a few additional step ladders, power drills with a drive set and wrench sets.
