Shivah Minyan Service for Frank Egbert Tobi. 

A shivah minyan service will be held on Zoom today for Irena's brother, Frank, who had been interned with her by the Japanese during World War II, and was limited in his mobility, but not in his will. Despite severe physical handicaps, he went on to marry, leaving behind children and grandchildren, and to serve as a librarian and researcher in the Dutch Ministry of Agriculture. In declining health he required dialysis, which put him in contact with the Covid19 virus, the cause of his death. He is remembered in love by family and friends who will be joining us from Holland for this service.
