Topaz is a current Kaiser pediatrician and will speak about the vaccine roll-out plans in the South Bay. Steve, a retired anesthesiologist/critical care physician and current Chair of Committee on Ethnics at Good Samaritan Hospital, will lead a discussion about ethics: who gets the vaccine first, who decides, changing ethics in a pandemic, as well as racial and ethnic disparities.
Please join us for an informative and topical discussion from the comfort of your own homes and feel free to invite your friends to listen and learn as well.
About: Lunch & Learn, a group of seniors that has been meeting at Congregation Shir Hadash for 10 years, has grown to some 200 members, with monthly programs attracting 40 people or more. Join us for the chance to visit, eat lunch, and hear a speaker or program.
