Talking about end of life is always difficult, but failing to do so makes life harder for your family. In an informal setting, join members of the Caring Committee, Jean Bronstein RN, Attorney Susan Levin, Sharon Roth RN/Assistant Professor of Mental Health Nursing, and Dr. Linda Wolf to learn about the gift you can give those you love by opening up this conversation. Resources on Advanced Health Directives will be available.
